摘要:

采用PCR技术，从人肝cDNA文库中扩增获得了1.5 kb的脂多糖结合蛋白（LBP）的全长基因.序列分析表明，克隆的LBP基因编码的氨基酸序列与文献报道相同.

Abstract:

Human lipopolysaccharide binding protein (LBP) gene was cloned from a human liver cDNA library by PCR. Sequencing result showed that the amino acid sequence coded by this gene is identical to that of the latest reported human LBP.
